It was decided that because of the mistreatment, and with the approval of Preacher, we hired a lawyer to sue Dr. Terry.

The following letter is from the lawyer to the family of Preacher, suggesting we drop the case, which we did.

We just didn't have the stomach for it, and Preacher had died in July of this year.  The R.L. Reck mentioned in

this letter is the son of Lucy Reck Wright, Preacher's wife.  He assumed the responsibility of finding a lawyer

and taking the lead on this matter since I (Lynn Wright) was living in Boston at the time and had not the time

nor contacts to follow up on this case.
